台湾海域では背中が珊瑚で覆われた猿にも似た魚人 珊瑚海神が
海に出る人々の安全を海に潜む怪物から守るという都市伝説がある。

ある日、台南の小さな町、安平に大量の怪物が侵入しました。
珊瑚海神は悪の勢力と戦い、怪物を打倒し安平を無事に守りました。

全身をウロコに包み髪を生やした姿が近年注目度が高まる妖怪『アマビエ』を想起させる本作。
珊瑚をはじめヒトデやフジツボが貼りついた『海神』にふさわしいデザインに、マグネットで着脱自在な腹部のレジン製装飾やドールアイと異素材を駆使して質感を追求した一作だ。
今回は、鮮やかなグリーン蓄光とクリアーの2重成型にゴールドのアクセントを加えた仕様でのお届けとなる。
陸に上がったばかりのような艶やかさを放つ通常時、暗闇にぼんやりと浮かぶ発光時と二度楽しめる仕上がりは必見。
