墓場の画廊に、中国の彫り師兼ソフビアーティスト【Snail toys】の「Jimmy」が新たな装いでやって来る!!
メロイックサインを決めカジュアルスタイルに身を包んだ姿と、虚ろな表情や背中に埋め込まれたスイッチの不気味さが融合しダークサイドなソフビファンの心を掴んだ本作。
今回の「Jimmy」は数学の家庭教師として再登場。Tシャツは大胆な赤と白のボーダーで塗装されているが布製のパンツの作り込みにも、氏の強いこだわりを感じる。もちろん、汚し加工の入ったシューズや腕時計といった細やかな造形も必見だ。
また、謎の生き物「小魚」は何者かに襲われた雰囲気を醸し出す生々しい赤の塗料と真っ青な唇や内臓のコントラストが、実に不気味かつ美しくもある。
日常に居ても違和感のないべっこう色の眼鏡が似合うコーディネートに、小魚の荒々しい造形の魅力とが不思議な調和を見せる見事な仕上がりだ。
